Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. Here's a short, plain-language summary of how EMMYHENZ handles your data.
What we collect
When you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your email, name, and profile picture from that provider — never a password, since we don't use passwords at all. We also store the WhatsApp number you pair a bot with, and basic usage data (bot spaces, coins, referrals) needed to run the service.
How it's used
Your data is used only to run your account: pairing bots, tracking coins and referrals, showing your profile to other users (with the privacy controls you set), and sending you account notifications. We don't sell your data to anyone.
Who can see what
Your username, photo, bio, and public stats are visible to other signed-in users. Your email is never shown to anyone but you. You control whether your Following list and last-active status are visible to others from your Profile page.
Payments
Coin purchases are processed by Korapay — we never see or store your card details.
Advertising
Free accounts see third-party advertisements, marked “Advertisement”. They are served by an outside advertising network, not by us, and are not related to or endorsed by EMMYHENZ. That network may use cookies or similar technology to choose which ads to show; we never give it your account details. Premium accounts see no ads. See Advertisements in the Terms & Conditions.
Your control
You can edit your name, username, and privacy settings any time from your Profile. Want your account or data removed entirely? Contact an admin from the Community page and we'll take care of it.
Terms & Conditions
By using EMMYHENZ V4, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Disclaimer
EMMYHENZ V4 is made for learning and research, and for people who want to automate their own WhatsApp number. Please use it responsibly and in line with WhatsApp's Terms of Service. How the bot is used is each user's own responsibility, and we can't be held responsible for misuse. Inspired by the original work of Baileys and improved by the community.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using EMMYHENZ V4, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You sign in with Google or GitHub — we never use passwords. You must be able to form a binding agreement in your country, and you're responsible for anything done through your account.
3. The bot service
EMMYHENZ lets you pair your own WhatsApp number to a bot you control. Free accounts get a limited number of bot spaces; coins can unlock more, or a Premium number unlocks extra features. You must only pair numbers you own or have permission to automate, and must not use the bot to spam, harass, or break WhatsApp's own terms.
4. Coins
Coins are a virtual currency used only inside EMMYHENZ — to unlock bot space, redeem features, send gifts to other users, or pay for Channel Reacts and Channel Poll Voting. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and we may adjust the coin economy (prices, rewards) at any time.
5. Purchases
Coin top-ups and ad payments are processed through Korapay — we never see or store your card details. Purchases are final once coins are credited, unless required otherwise by law.
6. Channel Reacts & Channel Poll Voting
Channel Reacts sends reactions to a WhatsApp channel post, and Channel Poll Voting sends votes to a channel poll, using our fleet of bots. Free accounts pay 1 coin per reaction with a 1-hour cooldown, and can send 1 poll vote per day (also 1 coin). Premium accounts get 10 free reactions and 5 free poll votes per day with a 1-minute cooldown; after those, each use costs 1 coin. Use them only on channels and polls you own or are authorized to promote — not to harass or spam a channel that hasn't asked for it.
7. Account suspension
We may suspend, ban, or hold a number or account that abuses the service, violates these terms, or engages in fraud. You can request deletion of your own account any time from your Profile — it's scheduled 7 days out so you can cancel if you change your mind.
8. Service availability
EMMYHENZ is provided free, with Premium add-ons. We aim for steady uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service — bot servers can restart, and features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, or from how WhatsApp itself treats a number you've linked.
10. Advertisements
EMMYHENZ shows third-party advertisements to free accounts; Premium accounts see none. Banners are marked “Advertisement”. These ads are not part of our site and not a partnership with us — we do not own, create or endorse them, or the websites, products and services they lead to. They are served by an outside advertising network, which may show different ads to different visitors and may use cookies to do so. Some ads open the advertiser's website in a new tab or show small pop-up style notices; what you do there is between you and them. The money from these ads helps pay for the servers that keep EMMYHENZ free. If an ad ever looks harmful or misleading, tell us through the Community page or the Contact Us link in the footer and we will look into it.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
12. Not affiliated with WhatsApp Inc.
EMMYHENZ is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc. "WhatsApp" is a trademark of its respective owner.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the Community page, or via WhatsApp from the Contact Us link in the footer.
